Refunds Policy

Refunds

There may be occasions when due to illness, injury, family relocation or similar situations it may be necessary for members to request a refund of prepaid fees. If this is the case the club will apply the calculation provided in Bylaw 3.1 of the Rocky Figure Skating Club Bylaws.

Refund formula

Fees / Program Weeks   X   # of complete weeks left in the season 

Fees are calculated after deducting $20.00 bookkeeping fee. The Skate Canada Fee is non-refundable.

**Please note that portions of a week will not be considered for refund, only full weeks **

A refund will be available only when requested in writing and received by the Treasurer/Registrar no more than 15 days from the final date of skating. CanSkate, CanPower and PreCanSkate will be given a two week trial period.
